Addison Housing Works is a nonprofit affordable housing trust located in downtown Vergennes, VT.
We develop, own, and manage affordable housing in Addison County, including rental apartments, mobile home parks, single-family homes, and senior housing.
Addison Housing Works (fka Addison County Community Trust) was founded 30 years ago in Middlebury, VT. Over the years, we have conserved 6,000 acres of land and built or preserved hundreds of units of affordable housing.
