Dear Bristol Residents, and BES Faculty, Staff, Students, and Parents,
Please be advised that waterline work on Fitch Avenue will commence Tuesday, May 20.
Beginning at 8:00 AM, Fitch Avenue will be COMPLETELY CLOSED to through traffic. Water Operator crews will have the street blockaded while they conduct essential waterline repairs. Crews will be working throughout the day from 8:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM.
During this time, please:
– Use Crescent Street or Devino Lane as an alternate route both morning and evening
– Expect possible water service interruption
– Be aware of increased noise in the area
– Consider storing water for drinking and basic needs
Residents who must access properties on Fitch Avenue may experience delays and should plan accordingly.
