The Town of Bristol offers two programs for electronic payments: our direct debit program and a payment portal for credit & debit cards along with payments using checking/savings accounts.

The following items can be paid online:

  • Clerk Fees
  • Dog Licenses
    before April 1st, $9 spayed/neutered or $13 non-spayed/neutered
    after April 1st, $11 spayed/neutered or $17 non-spayed/neutered
  • Donations
  • Liquor Permits
  • Marriage Licenses
    $80.00 plus $10.00 for each certified copy
  • Police Fines
  • Water Department Bills
  • Water Department Services
  • Zoning Fees

For “MANUAL KEY IN – DEBIT/CREDIT” Payments: You must provide: (1) First and Last Name / Full Address / Phone / Email, (2) Reference Number (if any), (3) Enter Card Number, Expiration Month and Year, and (4) the Security Code.

For “E-CHECK – CHECKING/SAVINGS” Payments: You must provide: (1) First and Last Name / Full Address / Phone / Email, (2) Reference Number (if any), (3) Bank Account Type, (4) Bank Routing Number, (5) Bank Account Number, and (6) CONFIRM Bank Account Number.

This is a non-refundable service fee for processing this transaction. For “DEBIT/CREDIT” payments, the fee is 2.65% OR a minimum fee of $3. For “CHECKING/SAVINGS” payments, the fee is a flat $1.50 per transaction. The entire fee goes to the processing company.

Refund Policy

Refund options exist for all payments (dog license, zoning fees, clerk fees, etc.). Don’t hesitate to contact the Town of Bristol for more information.
